Too Soon? Absolutely.

In a timely twist of strange fate, it turns out that the recently cremated deceased Jackass star Ryan Dunn has a new movie (originally set to be released this October) about a man who dies and comes back from the dead as a ghost for the specific purpose of playing practical jokes on his friends. Yep.

Peek-a-Boo!

The 34-year-old reality star, who was killed in a high speed car accident on Monday, played a ghost called Belch who returns to haunt his best friend in the low budget comedy.

Before his fatal crash, Lionsgate had been planning a October release but now it may be delayed, according to The Wrap.

The film’s trailer, which opens with the quote, ‘Call no man happy till he is dead,’ shows a jovial Ryan sporting a full beard and playing practical jokes on his unsuspecting friends.

‘Being dead is the best thing that ever happened to me. Ever,’ says Ryan’s character during the eerie three minute clip.

It’s too bad he didn’t make a movie about being a bazillionaire and ruling the world (and playing practical jokes on his friends) instead. Oh well – live and learn, folks. Live and learn.
